Why Saturdays are great to have a Massage

Let me set the scene.

Saturday…the day you’ve been waiting for all week.

You’ve planned day trips with the family where the kids will be jumping around (maybe the adults too), a solo adventure to the golf course, or you may even be getting “on it”* with your friends. You could be a professional athlete or dancer using the day to recover as well.

Please note we don’t assume all our patients are drunken golfers with an unruly family!

Then BANG your back is giving you pain, or the weeks of training is adding up and suddenly all thoughts of plans to go out are replaced with the thought of staying in to rest. Saturday WASTED.

Alternatively, you may not be in pain, but the thought of that night out coming up might have you tense… Maybe it’s a first date or seeing people in a situation you wouldn’t normally see them. Nerves are high!

Sports or deep tissue massage on a Saturday will not only decrease this overwhelming tension and/or pain you’re feeling. It’ll also allow you to mentally focus on what you want to do, whilst relaxing at the same time! Suddenly you’re the most productive Woman, Man or Toaster in the world! (We don’t discriminate)
