Help release tension

Cupping Therapy

What is Cupping Therapy?

Cupping Therapy is a fantastic treatment to help release tension that has built up in your body and to assist with rehabbing injuries you have sustained.

Over the course of your session, you’ll be taken through several cupping techniques such as:

  • Static Cupping
  • Flash Cupping
  • Myofascial Cupping
  • Soft Tissue Release
  • Cupping Massage (a nice way to finish a treatment!)

Your Therapist will use each one in response to what issues you present.

Cupping can be provided with other treatments.

Cupping can be provided in addition to our other treatments with sessions not needing to be fully focused on Cupping itself although a full cupping session is great in itself! It’s what works best for you that matters!

Please note with Cupping Therapy there are many claims about what it does and does not do.

When treating we keep everything evidence-based by assessing and reassessing the areas we are working on so that you can see what a fantastic difference it will do for you.
