I recently started cold laser therapy treatment with David Jenkins as part of my long term rehabilitation from costochondritis. The treatment process was highly professional with David listening to my case history before describing the therapy and its benefits. His knowledge and experience are excellent and he provides reassurance about the bodies ability to successfully heal and rehabilitate over the long term. Treatment was administered expertly using the powerful THOR laser technology which is used extensively by top international athletes. I have completed an initial 5 sessions and have been delighted to already see a decrease in inflammation in the ribs, abdominals and diaphragm. I had originally thought it would take more sessions to achieve this effect on such a stubborn condition. As a result I will now be incorporating regular cold laser treatments into my long term recovery plan. I highly recommend using STS for cold laser therapy to reduce pain and inflammation. David's expertise in this area is the best in Scotland while the Clinic Manager Yasmin is fantastic at ensuring appointments are organised to accommodate your schedule.

Sports Therapy Scotland are great. I was struggling to walk with sciatica and I received dry needling treatment which cleared it within a few appointments. Everything was done to a high standard, from booking the appointment, receiving the treatment and being shown what stretches I should do at home. It was all made very easy for me and I recommend Sports Therapy Scotland to everyone.
I went just to loosen up some tight shoulder/back muscles I have from office working, and Jordan was fantastic. Really got the pressure points I asked for and also targeted areas I didn’t even know were tight. Also made me feel very comfortable as a female getting physio/massage from a male!

After having struggled with long covid for 2 + years, to the point I thought I wasn’t going to be able to return to work as an ambulance technician, I used Sports Therapy Scotland for hyperbaric oxygen therapy chambers. These have, for me, been absolutely life changing. The sessions themselves I found to be relaxing and the subsequent results following consecutive sessions mean I have been able to get back to work in my full capacity. They’ve improved my health and fitness levels vastly. Attending the clinic was a pleasure thanks to the fantastic manager Yasmin who is so friendly, efficient and helpful and owner Dave, who explained the whole process beforehand. Would absolutely recommend this business.

I was in recently with David for 1-1 Dry Cupping course. I really enjoyed the course, David was really easy going and has a fab way of teaching and allowing things to sink it. I had a few ah ha moments even outwith the cupping as his explanations was great. Thanks again.
Highly recommend STS! After going to various physio's over the years, Dave fundamentally broke down the issue I was having & started treatment. Understanding the process was communicated perfectly. Wouldn't use anyone else now, 1st class!

The best you can get! I’ve been seeing Dave for several different injuries and have always felt in safe hands. He’s very knowledgeable and explains everything in an easily understandable way. He always takes time for his clients, making me get the most out of my appointments. Before I first went to Dave I’ve seen a few different physios around Stirling but kept switching because I never felt like I got the treatment I needed to get back to playing my sport as soon as possible. Definitely worth the price!!
