Sports Therapy is an aspect of healthcare that is specifically concerned with the prevention of injury and the rehabilitation of the patient back to optimum levels of functional, occupational and sports specific fitness, regardless of age and ability.
It utilises the principles of sport and exercise sciences incorporating physiological and pathological processes to prepare the participant for training, competition and where applicable, work.

If you are in pain or have a query regarding an injury or condition please get in touch for an appointment.

We work with clients from all walks of society regardless of how they were injured or experienced pain.

I attended Sports Therapy Scotland recently for a back injury that happened at the gym. Received a great service from Dave and my injury was fixed within no time. A great service I would thoroughly recommend.... See MoreSee Less

I have just completed David’s Kinesiology Taping Course this week and it was brilliant!
David is a very knowledgable tutor who relates all the techniques he teaches to his own practice in clinic.
The friendly atmosphere of his teaching space and small class sizes makes it’s positive personal experience and it has left me feeling confident in using this new skill in my own practice.
I will definitely be back for more courses.

I recently completed the IASTM course with Sports Therapy Scotland and thoroughly enjoyed it. The course was very well delivered by Dave with his knowledge shining through. We took things slow to begin with understanding the tools, how they worked, when to use them before practicing the techniques on each other on the course. We covered all body parts giving great flexibility when we can use these techniques in clinic.
This isn’t the first course I have done with STS and certainly not the last, a fantastic company and I would recommend to anyone!
