Sports Therapy Scotland offers one to one or group personal training. This can be done at your home, your place of work, gym or outdoors if that suits.

Each Session cost £30 or 5 Sessions for £130

Personal Training can include any of or a mixture of the classes available on this site. Personal Training is always specific and tailored to each clients needs.

Baseline measurements will be taken at first session.

These measurements include Body Stat analysis (bodyfat %), blood pressure measurement, lung function measurement and baseline fitness assessment.

These statistics allow the progress to  be measurable and therefore ensure the clients personal programme is progressed at the correct stage in their plan.
