Sports Therapy Scotland is qualified to provide well person health assessment to individuals and employers.

This is a confidential service that give the client an overall view of their present health.  

Assessment includes the following.

  • Blood Pressure measurement
  • Cholesterol measurement
  • Body stat analysis (electronic fat analysis) 
  • Lung function measurement
  • Cardio Vascular fitness assessment 
  • Strength Assessment

Please allow up an hour for assessment. Post assessment advice will be given according to results and follow-up assessment arranged.

For the employer these well person / health checks are an excellent method of identifying possible health problems before they arise and therefore may have an impact on reducing time lost due to staff sickness. 

Sports Therapy Scotland is aware of the data protection act and what is required when handling client information.
