If you are a regular attendee of your local gym and enjoy the environment, why not think about a career change?

Gym Instructors work direct with clients giving induction programmes and general assistance during their workout. Whether you would be happy working within a Local Authority facility or a larger chain you will need just one qualification – Gym Instructor SVQ Level 2.

However, if your ultimate goal is to become a Personal Trainer enabling you to offer a higher service to your clients in terms of nutritional advice, etc why not become self employed and branch out by yourself!

Please remember, for insurance purposes it is essential for Instructors to hold a valid First Aid certificate.

Sports Therapy Scotland can provide the necessary First Aid Training in Alloa, Stirling Glasgow and Edinburgh.
