Injury Assessment

During the initial assessment Sports Therapy Scotland will take a detailed history of your injury and the effects it is having on your daily life.

This will be followed by a thorough physical assessment including Active , Passive and Resisted movements. These help us differentiate between joint capsule problems and soft tissue / tendon /muscle or ligament problems.

Where necessary nerve tests will be carried out.

From this, an initial plan of therapy treatments and rehabilitation exercises will be formed. You will be continually re-assessed at every treatment and rehabilitation session to ensure that your recovery is progressing optimally and that your treatment is suited to your needs.

Please allow up to 45 minutes for all appointments - Investment is £40
